Ingredients:

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • topping
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 stick margarine

Directions:

  1. Mix all casserole ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.
  2. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
