Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) sugar
1/3 cup(s) butter softened
5 ounce(s) evaporated milk
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 cup(s) cooked & mashed butternut squash
2 eggs
Directions:
1. cream butter / add eggs & sugar, milk and vanilla. Stir in squash will be thin. Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2 in baking dish / pan Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. TOPPING: 1/2 cuip crisp rice cereal / 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 cup chopped pecans / 2 tablespoons butter, put on top bake for 5-10 minutes.
