Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat cultured buttermilk (at 80 degrees f.)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup bread flour
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 teaspoons quick-rising yeast
Directions:
1. 1. Layer all ingredients into bread machine in order given and use basic setting.
2. 2. Remove once done and cool on wire rack.
