Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 small shallot
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Place garlic, salt, and shallot in food processor, pulse till finely minced. Add parsley, continue pulsing in short bursts until minced.
  2. Add buttermilk and mayonnaise and blend til creamy.
  3. Serve.
