Make certain to freeze the pineapple chunks before using. This can also be made using frozen peaches and peach ice cream!
Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (drained and then frozen)
1 quart pineapple ice cream (or use vanilla ice cream)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions:
1. In a blender, place the buttermilk in firstly, then all remaining ingredients; blend until smooth (add in more sugar to taste if desired).
