Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) butter or margarine
1 cup(s) buttermilk
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoon(s) flour
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 cup(s) sugar
2 unbaked regular (not deep dish) pie shells, frozen
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt the butter.
2. In a blender, combine melted butter with lemon juice, eggs, flour, sugar, buttermilk, salt and vanilla until well mixed. Divide mixture evenly among the two pie shells.
3. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until custard is set. Cool before slicing.
