Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons butter, melted
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch salt
3 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs lightly with buttermilk and butter.
2. In a separate bowl, combine rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix well.
3. Whisk egg mixture into flour mixture just until combined.
