Buttermilk Oatmeal Pancakes

These pancakes use rolled oats soaked overnight in buttermilk. They have wonderful flavor and texture. Time to make does not include overnight soaking.
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Add eggs and butter. Mix dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture.
