Buttermilk Mixed Flours Bread

This recipe is a compilation of several I've tried and always baked in a Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker. If you change the combination of flours, ensure that the total amount measures 3 1/2 cups. The dough will be sticky but don't add flour, or much, because the texture of the baked product is soft. The young granddaughters love it!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups buttermilk
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
1 cup whole wheat bread flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup quinoa flour
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Directions:
1. Ingredients should be at room temperature.
2. Beat up the egg in the milk before putting into machine.
3. The ingredients are listed in order to put into machine.
4. Menu #4 Rapid Whole Wheat.
5. Loaf Size 1.5 lb.
6. Crust Light.
7. Time 2:33.
8. Remove Paddle Beep LED 1:30.
