Buttered Noodles With Fresh Sage |

Easy and delicious side dish. Ingredients:
16 ounces egg noodles |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
6 fresh sage leaves, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste) |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4-1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. 2. Melt butter in the empty pot; simmer onion and sage leaves 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper 3. Toss with noodles. 4. Top with parmesan cheese just before serving. |
