Buttered Lobster Recipe for your Nu-Wave Oven Ingredients:
2 lbs lobsters |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 dash salt and pepper |
1 dash lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Remove lobster meat from shell and chop in cubes.
2. Melt butter.
3. In a shallow baking dish add lobster melted butter, lemon juice and salt & pepper.
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Serve with lemon wedges.
