Butter that is spreadable from the fridge! (If you use all olive it it taste like olive oil...you can also use all vegetable oil if you prefer. I use olive oil because of its good properties )
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1/2 cup, 1/4 lb)
1/4 cup light olive oil
1/4 vegetable oil (canola, corn your preference)
Directions:
1. Soften butter.
2. Add all 3 ingredients to blender or food processor.
3. Process until smooth (will be a bit thin).
4. Pour into covered bowl and refrigerate.
5. Spreads straight from the fridge!
6. (you can also add cinnamon, garlic, dill or you favorite spice to make an herb spread).
