Directions:

  1. Pour peaches in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top. Drizzle butter on top of cake mix. Sprinkle with pecans.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F until brown and bubbly - approximately 45 - 50 minutes.
