Butter Pecan Mousse

This is elegant, creamy, tasty and so tasty.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup pecan pieces
1 tablespoon butter melted
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream whipped
Directions:
1. Combine pecans and butter stirring well then spread on a baking sheet.
2. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes then finely chop nuts and set aside.
3. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
4. Add sugars and vanilla beating well then stir in 3/4 cup toasted pecans.
5. Gently fold whipped cream into pecan mixture and spoon or pipe into serving dishes.
6. Garnish with additional nuts if desired.
