Simple old frosting, but good. It is best made with butter, but is your choice. It is great on chocolate cake, carrot cake, etc.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
3 cups confectioners' sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix the room temperature butter with the sugar and milk.
2. Beat well for several minutes till very fluffy adding a tad more milk only if necessary and then a little at a time.
3. Add the vanilla and beat well.
4. Frost your cake.
