Butter Crusted Beer Bread

From the President's Choice seasonal cookbook. I haven't tried it but it looks good and is so easy.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle beer
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Mix flour, parsley and sugar on low for 1 minute.
2. Add beer and continue to mix for another minute or until beer is thoroughly incorporated Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.
3. Pour melted butter on top.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
