Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar
  2. Add cornflour and yolks,mix well
  3. Add essence
  4. Then flour
  5. Roll and cut with cookie cutter
  6. Place on baking sheet
  7. Bake at 180 degrees till golden at the bottom
  8. Remove,cool and decorate
  9. P.s. chopped nuts,cherries,chocolate,coconut,cocoa or rice krispies can be added to mixture
