Buttah And Fried Onions Brussel Sprouts

Great side dish!
Ingredients:
1 bag frozen/fresh brussel sprouts
2-3 tbsp. unsalted butter
3 gloves of garlic (slivered)
fried red onions (you can get this at at the asian supermarket)
salt + pepper to taste
1-2 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in saute pan and let it butter turn slight brown, put in the slivered garlics for just a minute
2. Put in the brussel sprouts, salt, pepper to taste
3. Cook for about 15-20 minutes when the butter has been reduced and the sprouts are carmelized.
4. Dish it and garnish with fried red onions
