Burmese Fried Shrimp

This recipe has 2 of my favorite ingredients shrimp and sesame oil. I can't wait to try it!
Ingredients:
16 large shrimp, peeled (prawns)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut oil
thin bamboo skewer
Directions:
1. Dust the shrimps with mixed salt, turmeric and chili powder.
2. Bend shrimps into a half circle and thread on skewer through top and tail to keep this shape.
3. Put four shrimps on each skewer.
4. Shallow fry skewered shrimps until golden.
5. Serve immediately.
