Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup bulgar wheat
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, heat oil. Add onion and cook until softened, 3 minutes.
2. Add bulgur and stir to coat with the oil. Add broth, salt and pepper.
3. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 14 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
