Korean BBQ beef
Ingredients:
1 pound top sirloin steak
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
3 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients except beef. Stir well, place in large ziploc bag. Slice beef into thin strips and add to bag. Marinate 2 - 4 hours, place in single layer on baking sheet, bake 5 minutes or to desire level of done. Can also skewer if you have time.
