1. /4 c. dried cherries or cranberries
2. /3 c. chicken broth
3. c. uncooked bulgar
4. /2 t. salt
5. /4 t. pepper
6. /2 t. cinnamon
7. T. butter cut into pieces
8. /3 c. pine nuts, toasted
9. Soak berries to soften. Bring broth to a boil; add bulgar, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cover and reduce heat; simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in cranberries, butter, and nuts.
