Bulgar with Chicken and Veggies

Bulgar wheat prepared with chicken breast and veggies. This makes a HUGE amount. I usually only eat half a serving.
Ingredients:
85 g onion
15 g garlic
362 g chicken breast, skinless
4 tsp bell pepper, mashed
75 g green onion
190 g tomato
110 g mushroom
250 g bulgur wheat
150 g zuchinni
500 ml water
400 g chick peas
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Rinse bulgar in cold water and set aside to dry.
2. Slice chicken and veggies.
3. In a large pot, cook chicken, onions, garlic, and bell pepper paste in oil.
4. Add remaining ingredients and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often.
