Spicy, low fat, low calorie, salt free version of Aloo Gobi.
Ingredients:
555 grams potato, cubed
685 grams cauliflower, chopped
105 grams onion, chopped
30 grams margarine
10 grams cumin seed
5 grams curry powder
5 grams chili powder
5 grams garlic powder
Directions:
1. Cube potatoes. Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Chop onion. Boil potato and cauliflower. Drain.
2. Heat margarine in wok. Soften onion in margarine. Add spices. Add potato and cauliflower. Mix together. Serve.
