1/2 cup chunky blue cheese dressing (more if desired)
1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1/2 package store-bought wonton
Directions:
1. Saute chicken breast until done. Chop into small chunks. 2. Mix chopped breast with remaining ingredients (except wonton skins). 3. Place wonton skins in a small muffin pan. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture into each wonton cup and tightly fold in corners. 4. Bake for 7-8 minutes at 450 degrees F or until golden brown.
