Ingredients:
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 (1 1/2 ounce) onion soup mix
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
3. Place patties on rack in broiler pan.
4. Broil 3 inches form heat until desired doneness is achieved.
