Ingredients:
1 tsp smart balance
1 tbsn red hot sauce
1 tsp light sour cream
Directions:
1. Heat smart balance and red hot in pan until butter is melted.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Mix in sour cream.
4. Spoon over chicken breast, burgers, shrimp or pizza.
