Buffalo Potato Wedges

These are incredible, they are very spicy and very well liked by everyone.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter melted
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 medium potatoes unpeeled
heat coals or gas grill.
Directions:
1. Mix butter, vinegar, pepper sauce and salt in shallow dish.
2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 4 wedges then pat dry with paper towels.
3. Dip potato wedges into butter mixture reserve any remaining butter mixture.
4. Cover and grill potatoes 4 from medium heat 30 minutes brushing with butter mixture.
5. Turn once or twice during cooking then serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
