A version of the now very popular buffalo chicken dip. I use quinoa pasta instead of wheat and it works great. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts |
8 ounces pasta |
4 ounces blue cheese |
4 ounces cream cheese |
4 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
Directions:
1. 1. Cook pasta according to directions. 2. 2. Mix blue cheese and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. 3. 3. Mix all the ingredient together until the pasta is well coated. |
