Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
1 whole(s) chicken roasted or 4 boneless skinless chicken halves cooked & shredded
12 ounce(s) franks hot sauce bottle
16 ounce(s) cream cheese (2 -8oz packages) softened
16 ounce(s) ranch dressing (bottle)
8 ounce(s) monterray jack or cheddar cheese
1 cup(s) celery (optional) chopped
Directions:
1. In sauce pan combine cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook over medium heat until smooth.
2. In separate dish combine shredded chicken with entire bottle of hot sauce. Spread into baking dish to make an even layer.
3. Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken layer. Sprinkle with chopped celery and cheese.
4. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes at 350 until bubble. Watch that top doesn't get too brown. Let stand 10 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips or scoops.
