Buffalo Chicken Burgers

These burgers have all the great taste of buffalo chicken wings without the clean up. Grill them outside at your next BBQ and everyone will be asking for more!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
1/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup bread, crumbs
1 slice bread
iceburg lettuce
hamburger bun
Directions:
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl, tearing up the slice of bread.
2. Shape into 4 burgers.
3. Shred the lettuce.
4. Cook the burgers on the grill or in a skillet until cooked through.
5. Place the burgers on the buns, top them with a splash of Frank's Red Hot sauce and shredded lettuce. Enjoy!
