Ingredients:
5 pounds ground buffalo
1/2 -ounce kosher salt
about 1/3-ounce ground black pepper
9 ounces bread crumbs
rolls or buns, for serving
toppings of choice
Directions:
1. For the buffalo burger:
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3. In a large stainless steel bowl, combine the ground buffalo, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix by gloved hand for approximately 20 seconds, until seasoning is evenly distributed. Pat into 6-ounce patties, and grill for approximately 5 minutes. Place burgers on buns with desired toppings and serve.
