Buffalo Balls Not Chicken Warning Hot But Great

Hot and spicy meatballs. Great flavor. Not for the faint of heart. Buffalo style meatballs go great with lots of beer, white Zinfandel,celery, bleu cheese and a ball game. I f adding the optional dried Scotch Bonnet pepper have your friends sign a waiver.
Ingredients:
2 lbs hot italian sausage meat
2 lbs ground beef; lean (you don;t need all the fat)
4 whole yellow/spanish onions; chopped fine
1 whole head of garlic; minced
12 whole jalapeno peppers; seeded and chopped
1 tbl dehydrated scotch bonnet peppers; ***optional*** be careful handling this stuff it is hot and not for the faint of heart. this is the only warning you will get!!!!! seriously!!! and don;t touch your eyes. nose or private parts while making unless you wash the pepper oils off your hands first with soap and water. better yet, use rubber gloves when making.
Directions:
1. To test the heat and flavor after all is mixed fry a small patty in a skillet before baking and dabble on your favorite sauce and try it. Adjust seasonings as necessary for your taste.
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Form into balls and bake 400 Degrees in a pre-heated oven till well done
4. Serve warm with your favorite wing sauce and celery and bleu cheese and fire extinguisher.
