Bryse's Favorite Stewed Pork Chops

Pork chops with bell pepper and stewed tomato
Ingredients:
6 pork chops
2 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons garlic or 1 head garlic, chopped
2 green bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
1. Place butter and garlic in large skillet and let butter melt.
2. Place pork chops in mixture to seer.
3. Turn till both sides are browned.
4. Pour large can stewed tomatoes into skillet.
5. Cut onion on side making large circles place in pan.
6. Cover with lid and cook on medium heat till pork chops are tender with fork touch.
7. Cut bell peppers up on side and place into pot.
8. Let simmer till peppers are easy to cut with fork.
9. Mix 1/2 cup of water with corn starch.
