Bryanna's Homemade Broth Powder

We use this broth powder in seitan and in gravy.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups nutritional yeast flakes
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon soy protein powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried sage, crumbled not powdered
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Directions:
1. Blend in blender or food processor until powdery. Store in dry, airtight container.
2. Use 2 level teaspoons per cup of boiling water.
