Brussels Sprouts with Raisins and Pine Nuts

Ingredients:
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/3 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1/4 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 slices 40%-reduced-fat bacon (such as gwaltney), cooked and crumbled
Directions:
1. Cook Brussels sprouts in boiling water to cover 4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well.
2. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a large nonstick skillet. Add raisins and pine nuts; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add apple juice and next 3 ingredients; cook 1 minute. Stir in bacon.
