Brussels Sprouts With Mushroom Glaze

Ingredients:
1 lb brussels sprout
1 cup beef stock
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup thinly sliced mushroom
Directions:
1. Trim the Brussels sprout and halve lengthwise. Steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
2. In a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, bring the stock to a boil.
3. Whisk in the lemon juice, mustard and thyme.
4. Add the mushrooms. Boil until the stock is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the Brussels sprouts. Toss well to coat with the glaze.
