Brussels Sprouts With Chipotle Butter

Brussels sprouts are not a favorite around here, but we try to eat them a few times a year, at least. I tossed around a few ideas and decided on a quicker way to cook them, by slicing them, and added the heat and flavor from chipotles to compliment the rest of the meal.
Ingredients:
2lbs brussels sprouts, cleaned and outer leaves removed
5-6 green onions, chopped
6t butter
1t adobo sauce from chipotle peppers
1 large, or 2 small chipotle peppers, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1t ground coriander
about 1tsp fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Slice Brussels sprouts thinly See Photo
2. Melt butter in microwave.
3. Whisk in adobo sauce, coriander and salt and pepper
4. In medium skillet or sauce pan(I used cast iron), add Brussels sprouts and pour butter mixture over them. See Photo
5. Add garlic, green onions and diced chipotles. See Photo
6. Saute over medium heat until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
7. Add lemon juice and toss before serving.
