Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh brussels sprouts
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 slices bacon
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Wash and trim Brussels sprouts.

8. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, water, vinegar and mustard; mix well.
9. Gradually stir into bacon drippings mixture.
10. Drain Brussels sprouts; place in serving bowl.
11. Add hot bacon dressing mixture; toss gently.
12. Crumble bacon over Brussels sprouts.
13. Sprinkle with pecans.
14. If desired, add salt to taste.
