Brussels Sprouts with Apples

I like to use Fuji apples with this recipe. It's a great addition to a fall menu especially when apples are in their peak season.
Ingredients:
1 cup diced apple
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
1/4 cup apple cider
4 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Stir the Brussels sprouts, apple, apple cider, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a baking dish until evenly mixed.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until the Brussels sprouts are tender, about 25 minutes.
