Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 lb brussels sprout, trim and fine chopped
1 large carrot, fine chopped
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 cup water
1 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Pam a skillet.
2. Cook the onions and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until softened.
3. Add the sprouts, carrot, thyme and water to this and cook until water has evaporated.
4. Then add the bell pepper, salt, and pepper, and saute an additional minute.
