Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
1/2 lb brussels sprout
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
Directions:
1. Cook sprouts by either steaming or boiling in water, then drain.
2. Saute onion in butter till tender.
3. Stir in flour, mustard, and tarragon.
4. Cook for a minute.
5. Add broth and vinegar and cook again till thick and smooth.
6. Pour over sprouts and serve.
