Here are some different ingredients mix together for a hash.
Ingredients:
2 lbs fresh brussels sprouts
1 tbl. olive oil
5 strips bacon, finely chopped
2 apples, cored and diced
1 onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil sprouts for 15 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water. Cut into quarters.
2. Heat saute pan, add olive oil and bacon cook until crisp. Add onions and apples, saute for a few minutes, then add the quartered sprouts. Season with salt and pepper,and serve.
