twist on brussel sprouts, that even kids will love.
Ingredients:
2 bags brussel sprouts, fresh or frozen(thawed)
parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, diced
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
butter
Directions:
1. Quarter brussel sprouts.
2. Heat butter in a large saute pan on medium heat.
3. Stir in onions and garlic, let them cook until they start sweating.
4. Place brussel sprouts in the pan, let saute for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on the top, stir and serve.
