Quick bruschetta recipe that can be easily doubled
Ingredients:
3 quartered cherry tomatoes
3 teaspoons shredded parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons italian dressing (or more to taste)
3 tablespoons mozzarella cheese
1 slice bread
Directions:
1. Toast bread.
2. Combine everything else and top on bread.
3. Broil for a few minutes to melt cheese.
