Ingredients:
8 diced ripe tomatoes
1 large red onion, chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (coarse ground)
1/2 cup balsamic red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 dash lemon juice
Directions:
1. Let sit overnight if possible.
2. Can cook on baguette or just eat on top of bread.
