Ingredients:
3 lb. chicken (fryer)
16 oz. pork (cooked & stredded)
16 oz. can tomatoes
16 oz. lima beans
5 potatoes (peeled & diced)
16 oz. whole kernel corn
1 onion (diced)
3 stalks celery (diced)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. tomato ketchup
2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
1 tsp. hot sauce (or to taste)
Directions:
1. Rinse whole fryer & remove giblets from chicken. Add water to cover well. Add diced onion & celery & cook with chicken until chicken is done. Remove cooked chicken from chicken stock & let cool. Remove meat from chicken into bite size pieces. Add chicken & remaining ingredients to chicken stock. Cook until all ingredients are done. Add more water or additional chicken broth to stew if needed.
