These hefty handfuls promise a good hot breakfast. Stuffed with pineapple,ham turkey, and cheese.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
2 pineapple slices, cut in half
4 thin slices deli ham
4 thin slices deli turkey
4 slices swiss cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions:
1. Cut pie sheet in 4 equal pieces leaving crust in pan.
2. Pat pineapple slices dry with paper towels.
3. Top four pastry wedgres with one slice each of ham, turkey, cheese, and pineapple folding meat and cheese to fit.
4. Top each with a pastry wedge, and seal and crimp edges with a fork.
5. Cut slits in pastry.
6. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, and brush lightly with egg.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm.
