This pastry shells are great for a brunch or a ladies lunch gathering.
Ingredients:
brunch ham puffs
1 package (10 oz.) pepperidge farm frozen puff pastry shells
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) regular or fat free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. dijon- style mustard
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups cooked asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
Directions:
1. Bake pastry shells according to package directions.
2. In a medium saucepan mix soup, milk, mustard, ham, asparagus, and cheese. Over a medium heat, heat through, stirring often.
3. Serve in pastry shells.
