1/4 cup(s) almond meal/flour
1/4 cup(s) choc or vanilla protein powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
1/2 cup(s) applesauce or 1/4c +1/4c walnut oil
1/2 cup(s) cocoa
3/4 cup(s) stevia or xylitol
1/4 cup(s) succinate or organic brown sugar
1 egg or 3 egg whites
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Stir Dry ingredients together
2. Combine cocoa and applesauce
3. Add egg and vanilla
4. Add to dry ingred

7. Check for doneness approx 2 inches from side of pan
